Maithilii is a luxury artisan textile brand offering handcrafted Madhubani sarees, silk dupattas, and artisan textiles inspired by the heritage of Mithila, India. We are based in India and all transactions are subject to Indian law.

Every Maithilii product is individually hand-painted by trained artisans. As a result:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for payment failures or suspected fraud.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations after purchase.
Because every Maithilii piece is individually hand-painted to order, production begins immediately upon order confirmation. This means we are unable to stop or reverse the process once your order has been placed.
